The deck is organized by headings and subheadings that mirror the Table of Contents in both the Question Book and the Study Guide, so the three resources can be used side by side. The tag system has been rebuilt for this edition into four independent facets, so you can filter by topic, high-yield status, exam year, or what's new this cycle, and combine those filters however your study plan requires. Roughly 1,000 cards are designated high-yield based on how often a concept has been tested across past administrations. These are now tagged flatly rather than nested within each subsection, so a single search surfaces the entire high-yield set.

The largest addition this year is written explanations. Every high-yield card now has an explanation in the Extra field that states the answer, walks through the reasoning using language from the question stem, addresses the distractors most likely to tempt you, and closes with a clinical pearl. Terminology on high-yield cards has been updated to DSM-5-TR where the original exam wording is outdated, and several factual errors from prior editions have been corrected. Explanations were written and reviewed by psychiatry residents and fellows.

Cards borrow AnKing's formatting conventions for font, cloze design, and color, so they display cleanly on desktop and mobile. Each card keeps five editable fields beneath the answer (Extra, Ninja Guide, Cafer's Psychopharm, Stahl's, and Additional Resources) for your own notes or supplemental references. Retired or consolidated cards are tagged rather than deleted, so users updating from the 2025 edition can find and suspend them without losing review history.

Access to the 2026 Edition requires a minimum contribution of $20, including for users who own the 2025 edition. Your contribution also includes a how-to guide covering installation, the tag system, and suggested study workflows. The Ninja's Guide to PRITE Question Book remains free.
